Healthy Food for the Students

A balanced and nutritious diet is important for students as it provides them with the necessary nutrients for growth, development, and cognitive function. Here are some types of food that are good for students.

2.Fruits and vegetables: Food and vegetables provide important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support brain function and boost immunity. Encourage students to eat a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables, including leafy greens, berries, and citrus fruits.

4.Healthy fats: Foods rich in healthy fats like avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil provide important nutrients for brain function and help to maintain healthy cholesterol levels.


5.Healthy Drinks: Water is the most popular and healthiest drink. Milk rich in calcium, which is good for the bone  development and also good drink option.


6.Snacks and desserts: Should be from healthy food groups. This can include cheese, fresh food or vegetables, low fat yoghurt and nuts.
